Christmas Eve and the snow is/was flying. The picture isn't the best, but if you click on it, you'll get the big version and you can see the snow in the air. Oh well.My kids will be over later. Three of them anyways. We're doing omelettes in the morning so I thought I'd practice tonight before they got here. Tastes OK, but it doesn't look all that great. The salsa should go on the omelette AFTER it's been cooked. If you try to cook it with the salsa in the middle, it gets too messy.
