Brrrrr!!
I went for a run today during my lunch break. I set out to go maybe 6 miles. By the time I was done I had run 9. Felt good too! The mp3 was cranking out the tunes and I was in the groove... I figure I have to run long for the next little while so I can be ready for November...
Anyways, back to being in the groove: I was. Until I got back to take a shower. Apparently the hot water hadn't been working all morning but no one thought to tell anybody about it until noon. So I had 3 options: Cold shower. Sponge bath. Go around smelling the rest of the day.

Unhappiness
The attitude of unhappiness is not only painful, it is also mean and ugly.
What can be more base and unworthy than the pining, puling, mumping mood, no matter by what outward ills it may have been engendered? What is more injurious to others? What less helpful to others as a way out of a difficulty? It but fastens and perpetuates the trouble which occasioned it and increases the total evil of the situation.
